

- Pond area: 9.1 acres
- Maximum depth: 14.1 ft (4.3 m)
- Location: Twinings Pond is located just to the west of Quanset Road, east of Lake Drive and, north of Twinings Lane. It lies between Sarah’s Pond (to the east) and Shoal Pond (to the west).
- Water access: Water access is available via Orleans Conservation Trust (OCT) walking trails. There is parking at 135 Quanset Rd for access to the Twinings Pond Conservation Area walking trails.
- Boat ramp / boat access: none
- Recreational Uses: Walking, picnicking, fishing, bird watching
- Fishing: Twinings Pond is a warm water fishery and primarily has largemouth and smallmouth bass, yellow perch and pickerel. A MA state fishing license is required.

Other Fun Facts:
- Ebenezer Twining purchased land on the north west side of the pond from Thomas Mayo in 1832. (Thanks to Dee Kling who discovered the deed of sale researching her “History of Quanset Road”). Presumably this is the source of the name “Twining”.
