The H2Orleans Pond Pledge

Yes! I want to sign-up to show my commitment to protecting

and preserving Orleans’ waters by participating in the H2Orleans Pond Pledge!

While town sewering is the most significant action Orleans can take to protect our waters, nutrient pollution from our properties is still a major threat as well.

Crystal Lake – July 2022
Sarah’s Pond Cyano Bloom – July 2021
Let’s keep our lakes ‘Crystal’ clear!  And do all we can to prevent cyanobacteria blooms!

Through these simple, but powerful, actions I’ll be making a difference in the ponds, lakes and estuaries in Orleans:

  • 1. Avoid Fertilizers and Pesticides
  • 2. Support Town Sewering Efforts
  • 3. Embrace a Cape-Friendly Lawn

Please count me in and provide me a yard sign to post about my commitment to clean waters!

Fill out the form below and click the ‘Submit’ button.

Note: we will be delivering signs and materials directly to you. Please provide your local property address for us drop off (no P.O. boxes or out of town addresses).

You can expect to hear from us and receive your materials within 3-5 days of signing up.

Thank you for your commitment to our waters!

Please encourage your friends and neighbors to participate as well.
