Sipson Island Kayak & Walk*

August 10, 2021 By John Smith

Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

Sipson Island is now open to the public after being in private hands for 300 years! We’ll enjoy a tour of the island hosted by the Sipson Island Trust after a paddle through Pleasant Bay with Guide and kayaks provided by SUPfari Adventures. This tour is offered free of charge; we request a gratuity for our SUPfari Guide and please consider a donation to the Trust in support of their work to “undevelop” and restore the island, via sipsonislandtrust.org.

This trip is for experienced kayakers only. Approximately 1.5 miles each way, but winds, currents and tides can make it challenging.

*Reservations required, limited to 12 participants. Pleasefill in the registration form below and hit submit. We will accept registrations on a first come first serve basis. This is a popular event and unfortunately due to restrictions, we will be unable to accommodate unregistered individuals. Also – Due to limitations on the total number of reservations which can be accepted, reservations across all events will be closely monitored and no one will be allowed to make more than one reservation for a particular person during any simultaneous time period. Consult the Celebrate Our Waters Event Schedule to determine your most optimum time to reserved events. Departure landing provided with reservation confirmation.

Registrations now closed for this activity – Sold Out
