Concert and Bonfire at Nauset Beach

August 14, 2018 By Orleans Pond Coalition

Saturday, September 19

4:30 p.m. – Nauset Beach Clean-Up with Surfriders Foundation

5:30 p.m. – Music with DJ JT’s Chronicles

6:30 p.m. – Live concert with Watch Your Step

7:15 p.m. (dusk) – Bonfire on Nauset Beach

Come early and enjoy the late afternoon on Nauset Beach with family, friends and food trucks. And help with a beach clean-up sponsored by Surfriders Foundation at 4:30!

The festivities start at 5:30 p.m. with music from DJ JT’s Chronicles.

This is followed by our live concert featuring “Watch Your Step”, a local teen band featuring 4 Nauset Regional Schools musicians. Bring chairs, a picnic and flashlight.  Enjoy the fun and the sound of the surf while dancing to the rockin’ tunes.

At dusk, marvel at the spectacular Bonfire on Nauset Beach, sponsored by the Town of Orleans in partnership with the Orleans Pond Coalition. Enjoying the bonfire and the sound of the surf is a great way to cap off our summer season.

If you are an OPC volunteer please join us for this joyful event. We will honor all herring counters, water samplers, volunteers and committee & board members who are crucial in supporting our work. Give Orleans residents a chance to recognize and applaud your invaluable contributions as we “celebrate our waters!”
