Concert and Bonfire at Nauset Beach

August 14, 2018 By Orleans Pond Coalition

Saturday, September 13th, 4:30 p.m. – Nauset Beach Clean-Up with Surfriders Foundation

Concert and Bonfire, 5:30 p.m. – dark at Nauset Beach (Map Location #4)

Come early, enjoy friends, food trucks and help with a beach clean up sponsored by Surfriders Foundation at 4:30.

Pre-concert music with DJ – starts about 5:30 p.m.

Our Concert featuring Grammy award winning artist David Block and his Biriba Union Band. begins around 6:30 with the bonfire at dusk. Bring a picnic and flashlight.  Enjoy the festivities and the sound of the surf and dance to the rockin’ tunes.  If you’ve been a ‘water sampler’ please come on down.  We honor all you herring counters, water samplers, committee & board members. Join us and be recognized!  Give Orleans residents a chance to applaud your contributions and Celebrate Our Waters.

At Dark, watch the Paul Fulcher Memorial Bonfire at Nauset Beach honoring Paul Fulcher, beloved Orleans Parks and Beaches Superintendent and creator of this favorite community event. Enjoy the bonfire and the sound of the surf as we say goodbye to our summer season.
