Introduction to Rowing for Adults and Middle Schoolers

Sunday, September 15th, 10:00am-12:00noon at Town Cove Landing at the end of Cove Road (Map location #16)

Interested in learning to row? Come learn about the equipment, the skills and conditioning required, and where local classes are offered for adults and youth.

Experienced rowers will tell you why they love the sport and demonstrate sculling. Wear shorts and prepare to get wet if you want to get into a shell. Ages 12 and up.

Meet at the town landing next to the Orleans Yacht Club. Parking available at the town landing and at 31A Cove Road, where OSS has its training building.

Note: Come early, parking will be tight. You can also park at 31A Cove Road (The location of Orleans Sweeps and Skulls).
