But the weekend offers much more than these events. In fact, there will be about 25 other events on offer. We’re sure there is something for everyone to get out and enjoy being by or on our waters. A tour of the brand new wastewater treatment plant, Friday evening, or the Family Fun Tent with activities for the entire family on Saturday, or a tour of an oyster farm, a cranberry bog, a sustainable garden, or hikes, bikes, rowing are just a few examples of what’s on offer. And don’t forget the bonfire Saturday evening!
Please come celebrate the vital role our estuaries, ponds and lakes play in our recreation, learning, health and livelihoods.
